Join us for indoor cycling training on Tuesday nights at 7pm. 

We will be doing interval workouts to build strength for spring and summer riding. We will put up a race on the tv and have music to keep you focused. Session will go until late March/early April.

Arrive between 6:45pm and 7pm to get setup and be ready to roll by 7:05pm.

The sessions are free but you will need to bring your own trainer, towel and of course your bike. If you don't have a trainer you can rent ours for $5 a session. You will need to purchase a trainer skewer which you can leave in your wheel.
