Join us for indoor cycling training on Saturday mornings from 7:30am - 9am
We will be doing interval workouts to build strength for spring and summer riding. We will put up a race on the tv and have music to keep you focused. Session will go until mid March/early April. On Saturdays, if the weather is above 50 degrees and we have good daylight we will ride outdoors.
Arrive between 7:15am and 7:30am to get setup and be ready to roll by 7:35am.
The sessions are free but you will need to bring your own trainer, towel and of course your bike. If you don't have a trainer you can rent ours for $5 a session. You will need to purchase a trainer skewer which you can leave in your wheel.
